This wine is recognizable for its yellow-green color with shiny nuances, characteristic of the variety. The aroma is complex, fruity-vegetative. Defining are aromas of freshly cut green grass, Macedonian herbs, and juicy aromas of green peach and melon. The taste is full, fresh, with pronounced mineral character and pleasant bitterness in the finish. The balanced acids add exceptional freshness to the taste of this wine.

We recommend to be consumed well chilled at a temperature of 10-12 °C as an aperitif, or in combination with fish, seafood and chicken, but it also goes well with goat cheese and Edamer.
